How the scoring works
Three steps, no demo on day one.
The diagnostic is a thin front door to the same engagement we have run by hand for the last year. The pain-to-pattern map runs in /api/diagnostic on submit; the result panel lands the matched workflow and the one-paragraph why. From there it routes to /audit for the hours-saved math or /patterns/[slug] for the one-pager.
What this isn't. Not a SaaS pitch. Not a quiz that funnels to a calendar link. Six honest questions, scored server-side, read by the same studio that reads every other form on the site.

Trade, crew size, biggest admin pain, paperwork hours, what slips through, and whether you work alone or with a small office person. Two minutes. No email required to score.

Server scores them with a deterministic map
The pain value routes to one of seven shipped workflow one-pagers. The hours bucket and the failure-mode phrase tune the one-paragraph "why" you see on the result panel.
- STEP 03
Result panel names the worst workflow
The plain-language title + the one-paragraph "why" land on screen immediately. From there, /audit estimates your hours saved; /patterns/[slug] shows the one-pager for the matched workflow.

- No email required. The result lands on the same page and we do not capture leads from this surface.
- The scoring runs server-side in /api/diagnostic. The matched pattern is the same workflow we would name if you sat in the office with us on a Monday morning.
- The result panel hands off to /audit for the hours-saved estimate OR /patterns/[slug] for the recipe sheet.
