We start with operators, do the work by hand, then automate when the hours justify it. If the number isn’t there, the engagement still ended with the dispatch hours returned — not a half-built tool.

    Every engagement starts by interviewing the people who actually run the workflow in ten shops. The pattern that already runs the day is what the rest of the work is built on.

    Hand-deliver one workflow

    For two or three weeks we run the workflow by hand, alongside your team. Same tools, real customers, audited in minutes.
